Delegates may cancel by written notice to contact@amtforum.me. Refunds are issued as follows:

  • More than 60 days before the first day of the symposium — full refund, less any bank transfer fees.
  • Between 30 and 60 days before — 50% refund.
  • Less than 30 days before — no refund; the registration may be transferred to another person at no charge.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of the cancellation being accepted.

4 · Transfer of registration

A registration may be transferred to a colleague at any time before the event at no additional cost. Send the new delegate's name and email to contact@amtforum.me and a replacement pass will be issued.

5 · Changes to the programme

The organizer may adjust session times, speakers or format where necessary. Registered delegates are notified of material changes by email. If the symposium is cancelled by the organizer, all registration fees are refunded in full. The organizer is not liable for travel or accommodation costs.

6 · Privacy

Personal data collected during registration — name, email, organization and country — is used solely to administer the symposium, issue your pass and send event communications. Data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to contact@amtforum.me.

7 · Photography & recording

Sessions may be photographed or recorded for documentation and promotion. Delegates who do not wish to appear in such material should notify the organizer at registration or on site.
